Cody is the co-founder and co-owner of Civic Digital Displays, partnering with his father, Jeff, to lead the company’s day-to-day operations. He is driven by a vision to reimagine billboard advertising across Central Illinois—making campaigns more affordable and accessible to businesses of all sizes, designing signage that enhances the surrounding architecture, and placing displays in the communities where people live and work every day.

An experienced entrepreneur, Cody has launched and operates several successful startups in the commercial real estate space. He previously worked in Corporate Accounting at John Deere and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University.

Cody lives in Metamora with Sarah, whom he would often rather be fishing or traveling the world with.

A lifelong East Peorian and former mayor, Jeff has experienced the billboard industry from every angle—as a lessor, lessee, appraiser, and regulator. This breadth of insight, combined with more than 35 years in commercial real estate development across Central Illinois, shapes his “relationship-first” approach and deep expertise in structuring successful land deals.

Jeff and his wife of 40 years, Lori, reside in East Peoria. They are proud parents of Tyler, Kylie, and Cody, and most proud grandparents to Shai.

Brad is a lifelong Central Illinois resident with nearly 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising, including broadcast television, out-of-home media, and college athletics.

He specializes in helping local businesses grow through strong relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships. Brad lives in Morton with his wife Wendy and is a proud parent of three grown children

Maggie Marchand has been working in out-of-home advertising since 2013, with deep roots in the Peoria and Central Illinois markets. She began her career as an Account Executive and later spent more than eight years in key account and sales management roles with a national billboard operator, partnering with local, regional, and national advertisers.

Known for her consultative approach, Maggie helps businesses simplify their message, stay consistent in throughout the market, and choose locations that maximize visibility and reach. She brings extensive experience across traditional and digital billboard platforms, along with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering measurable value.

Today, Maggie brings that experience and a community first mindset to Civic Digital Displays, helping businesses use outdoor advertising in a strategic and impactful way. Outside of work, she’s a lifelong baseball fan and enjoys watching her boys play the game.

Michelle Dean brings nearly two decades of experience in outdoor advertising, combining strategic insight with a strong operational background. A Peoria native and graduate of Bradley University, she began her career in the industry in 2007 and has since held roles including Sales Assistant, Market Scheduler, and Inventory Management Specialist.

Michelle excels at analyzing data, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with clients to develop effective, results-driven advertising strategies. She is known for her clear communication, creative problem-solving, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. Together, they love hiking, attending concerts and community events, and exploring a new state each summer.
